After needing to do a system restore to delete a malware virus I now cannot
copy emails to sub folders from the inbox. Message I am getting is You don't
have permission. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your
permissions. I am the administrator and the only user of the comuter. How
do I get the permission changed back?

Run an outlook repair on whatever version of outlook you are using
And, depending on malaware type, you might want to run the win sys file
checker - see win help
