I now and then have the same problem with the keyboard shortcuts. E.g. Ctrl +
C is considered to be a delete command. I've never encountered problems with
the rigtht click dropdown menu, Copy.
The problem solved itself (?) on my private stand alone computer, but at the
office the problem excists on some of the Citrix servers although MS Office
should be installed the same way on all of them.
The Tech staff is unable to find a solution to the problem, which is quite a
trouble.
