I am quite sure this is not the right place for this question but I could not
find anywhere else. I am trying to contact MS online support
(support,microsoft.com).

Everything looks fine until I press the submit button, which return this
error message:

Error:
Your request could not be processed because previous incident details are
currently unavailable. Please try again later. If the details are still
unavailable after several attempts, you may need to begin a new support
request.

I have tried several times over the space of two days. Has anybody else
experienced this problem? Is there a UK support telephone number?

Thanks,
Wolf

So what's the problem you are having with Outlook?

I have posted the problem separately in the Outlook Business Contact Mngr
forum - not sure how to link to the thread. It's titled "Office 2007 BCM
Marketing Campaign Filter not displaying names", posted also today.

If it's a BCM problem, that's the correct newsgroup, not this one. None of
these newsgroups, however, are Microsoft Support. For that, visit
http://supporet.microsoft.com/ and click the Contact Us link
(http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support)

The issue with BCM has been resolved now (not the inability to contact online
support though).

Thanks,
Wolf

Obviously I typed the first URL incorrectly, but the second is correct.
