Cannot connect Vista Business to Small Business Server

I've tried verything I can think of, but always get the same error when
running connectcomputer. Here is the log file:-

CAuthPage::GetUsersAndComputers() - ADsOpenObject(

CAuthPage::GetUsersAndComputers() - ADsOpenObject(
LDAP://SBS-A.cjp.local/DC=cjp,DC=local, geoff2, [PW] )
GetXMLNode() - DOMDocument::selectSingleNode( root/mapping[@user='geoff2'] )
failed [1]
LoadMappingInfo() - find [root/mapping[@user='geoff2']] failed, user not
mapped
CWizard::PrepAutoLogon()
CWizard::PrepAutoLogon() - runonce key set
CWizard::PrepAutoLogon() - account existed, deleting
CWizard::PrepAutoLogon() - setting DefaultDomainName_PostMigrate to [CJP], [0]
CWizard::PrepAutoLogon() - setting DefaultUserName_PostMigrate to [], [0]
FinishNetworkingSetup()
CWizard::FinishNetworkingSetup() - outputting XML file
FinishNetworkingSetup() -- calling NetJoinDomain( NULL, cjp.local,
ou=sbscomputers,ou=computers,ou=mybusiness,dc=cjp,dc=local, cjp.local\geoff2,
[pw], 359 )
FinishNetworkingSetup() -- NetJoinDomain() failed [1355], returning
FinishNetworkingSetup() failed -- hr == [-2147467259]
Deleted sbsmig out of runonce key.

Partially solved. Disabling Norton doesn't disable Norton fully.

Then you don't use Norton. 3rd party solutions like Norton introduce
more problems than what they are worth. You had to disable Norton to
make it work should be telling you something.

You have to uninstall it and then run this utility:

I don't think even that is sufficient. There's stuff left in the registry.

Norton is the barnacle of the software world.
