Hello,
I am using a Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router and a Westell DSL modem
(because I don't have an ethernet wall jack) with an HP desktop pc running
Windows XP SP2, and my computer shows that i have a Local Area Connection at
100 Mbps, however, when i open Mozilla Firefox, i get a message that says the
page cannot be found. also i cannot access the itunes music store or any
internet features of any other program. The LED's on the wireless router
indicate that i have internet access and that the router is connected
properly to my computer, and the network connections window says that i am
connected and everything is good. When I use the westell without the
Wireless-g everything works well. Could the problem have anything to with the
fact that on the wireless router it says 54Mbps, and in the network
connections window say i am connectedat 100 Mbps? Any help would be
appreciated, and sorry this question was so long. thank you.
