Cannot connect to remote machines

When I have terminal services manager open, I can expand any server and
see the users connected to it. If I right-click on any of the users,
the "connect" option is grayed out. I cannot figure out why I cannot
connect to the users. Any help is greatly appriciated.

Are you logged onto the terminal server via RDP?
