Hi,

I have Windows XP fully updated, IE 6 fully updated, and
NAV up to date. I can freely surf web sites and connect
to Symantec sites etc, but I cannot get to microsoft.com
sites. I have emptied my cookies and files and cleared my
history, but still have no luck. Any suggestions??

Thanks,

perhaps you have disabled cookies or accidentally clicked on a MS window
with a pop-up blocker, such as "POW"?
