Cannot Connect to Internet Services Manager

Hi,

I would like to create a virtual directory pointing to my
web pages. However, whenever i open the Internet Services
Manager, the following message is prompted.
"Error connecting to Jeslene:
The system cannot find the path specified."

Pls help. Thanks in advance.
