I have been using Outlook or Outlook Express for years to connect to Hotmail.
I actually still use it at work with excellent results. Sometime in the
past two months I have not been able to connect to Hotmail from my home
computer. I am asked over and over again for my user name and password.
Nothing seems to work. I've deleted recreated my account numerous times. I
would suspect Hotmail, but I have no trouble at al doing this at work. I
also can log directly into Hotmail via the website, but I really hate using
the Hotmail web interface. It's slow and clumsy.

Can somebody please shed some light on this. I am using Windows XP Pro and
Office 2003.

TIA

Is your Hotmail account a fee one or a paid subscription one

That's a great question. I'm hoping someone can answer it for us both because
I access my free Hotmail through Outlook too. Mystified.
