Hi Jay,
Do you have a networking device such as a router or NAT modem?
If so, call their tech support and ask them to either setup a "DMZ"
to bypass the built-in firewall, or open the necessary ports in the
equipment with you... Here's the List of all Ports used by Zone
and DX Games:

(There's also do it yourself instructions posted further down that page)

| I recently had trouble recieving incoming traffic from
| remote servers. The most recent problem came when I
| tried to connect to the MSN games server. This is not a
| problem with the games server, I am sure it is a problem
| with my computer. I have no firewall software installed,
| nor is this a corporate computer yet when I test my
| machine it says that I am firewalled (stealth). My ICF
| is not on. I can connect to the internet wothout a
| problem, but I cannot connect to a remote server. If
| there is a firewall, how do I remove it. THis problem is
| really becoming annoying, someone please help.
