Cannot configure server, because other servers already exist?

Hi

Seen this question posted somewhere before but cant find it

I have had a PDC demoted to its stand-alone state. Now i want to raise it to PDC again using the Configure Server wizard

It wont let me and shows: "Because one or more servers already exist, you cannot configure this server has the only server on the network. Contact Admin"

Well, there are no other servers just this one connected to the hub

Is it getting confused from its last installation state of PDC

Any help in rectifying would be great
