I have a user who cannot modify or mark as completed, certain recurring tasks.
She is using Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2003 SP2.
I have attached to her mailbox as an administrator, and we've both tried
using Outlook Web Access, without success.
Anyone have any Ideas?

Is she running the Dell addin that causes problems or synching to an iPhone?

Have you run scanpst?

You could try the command line siwtch to clear reminders.
