Cannot Click on Links

      13th Apr 2004
I have a problem and i dont know if i am on the right
place but when im on the internet at home and try to click
on a link like www.msn.com another page comes up like
normal but then the page doesnt load it just says on the
very to "sypmatico" which is my internet company.

Do you have any answers on what I can do??? or where I can
go if I am in the wrong place
