It doesn't matter whether the link is in my outgoing mail or incoming mail,
If I click on the link it get the message that the administrator says I don't
have the privileges, yet I can open the link if I copy it to IE.

When you post a problem and there's an error, always include the exact text of
the error. Don't paraphrase or truncate.
