I cannot click on things because whenever I point to something with the
mouse a menu comes up. If I do try to click on buttons then the menu gets in
the way and I have to click about ten times before it actually makes the
contact with the button and allows actions to be performed. I have tried
deleting the mouse and reinstalling but that hasn't changed anything. I have
tried looking at the accesibility options in control panel and nothing is
turned on there so that isn't the problem.

Can anyone help? My computer has been rendered nearly useless by this
problem and I really don't want to have to do a complete reformat and
reinstall.

have you checked for virus
what if click with the other button? ( right instead of left mouse button,
for example)
