Cannot change Theme/Desktop in limited account

Well, looks like I stumped this forum the first time out! 6 views and no
replies.

I guess the only other thing I can try is to delete my wife's account
and create a new limited account. Does anyone know if there is an issue
with deleting an account and creating a new one with the same name?
