I cannot change the resolution to anything other than 640X480

's Computer Specifications

I cannot change the resolution to anything other than 640X480.

I just installed xp on my dell computer. I have dowloaded the dell video
drivers and I am still unable to change my resolution to anything besides
640X480.

Please help!!

You most probably installed the wrong drivers. Make sure you install the
ones for your graphics card, or chipset, if you have integrated graphics.
