I'm using Outlook 2003. I don't know why, but the button where I can change
the permissions of the delegates is disabled.

Can you tell me how I can fix this?

If you don't understand which button I mean, click on "Tools" -> "Options"
-> "Delegates" there you find the permissions button which in mine outlook
2k3 is greyed out (disabled).

Have you asked your Exchange Admin if this is an option that was turned off by group policy?

I am Admin and I'm sure that I don't have configured any GPO regarding
Outlook :-)

Any other idea?
