Download Ad-Aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate
the malware products. Re-apply the above fix if necessary.

For some reason when I go to Internet Tools the home page settings are
grayed out and I cannot change the home page; the entire box where the URL
is as well as the buttons are greyed out! Can someone please help?
