keeps saying not enough room to hold temp files, i
cleaned the drive 3 times and still wont copy

This problem refers to Virtual memory, page file or swap file, mostly the same
Your Virtual memory should be set at 1 1/2 to 3 times the physical memory (RAM)
In other words, if you have 256megs of RAM, set it at 384megs to 768megs. Go to
Start/Control Panel/System/Advanced tab/Performance/Settings/Advanced tab
virtual memory/change button. Tick custom, initial size to 1 1/2 times an
maximum to 3 times your RAM, click "Set" button then click OK
