cannot burn cd's

's Computer Specifications

All of a sudden I can't burn cd's. My F drive is not working at all. When I
put a disk in, it tries to start up a few times and then just ejects it and
asks for me to put in a cd. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried
several things already--disc cleaner, restore to earlier date, different
cd's, etc.
