Cannot browse share

's Computer Specifications

I am unable to browse a share on a 2000 server from some machines in the
network. Until I reboot the server then i can browse. But if i turn off any
of the machines in the network. they will not be able to browse share until
the windows 2000 server is rebooted then they can see and browse share
