Cannot Break Mirror - HELP!

On my Win2K server I lost Drive 0.
So I booted off of my NT Boot disk that points to the 2nd
Drive (Drive 1), put in a new drive that I wanted to
mirror to, but the option to break mirror in preparation
of setting up a new one is greyed out. Why can't I break
my mirror? What do I do to get my redundancy back.
Note: This server was upgraded from Win NT so the Drive
has a 2GB boot partition (Drive C) and a 2nd partition
(logical drive E).
Help!
