Cannot back out of a bad configuration

I just installed Outlook 2003. Upon first opening the tool, the
configuration manager started. Unfortunately, I entered the wrong information.

I entered incorrect information about my Exchange Server. I won't have the
correct information for a few more days. Until then, I can't even open the
tool or work offline. I get the message:
The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must
be online or connected to complete this action.
When I click OK in the error message box, a new dialog box opens asking me
for the url of the Exchange Server and my mailbox (with a check names
button).

When I cancel out of this, I get another error message:
Unable to open your default email folders. The file C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost is not an offline folder file.
When I click OK, the tool closes.

How can I back out of this and start over? How can I simply open Outlook so
I can at least access the help and other features for now. I do have
another, valid mail server (an IMAP address) that I'd like to connect to,
but, as I said, I can't even start the tool past these error messages.

By the way, when I go to the hidden folder, C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\, sure enough, there is no .ost file there. Since I
can't even use the menus (or anything else) inside Outlook, there is nothing
I can do about creating that file.

Help, please.

Create a new mail profile (delete the wrongly configured one) and start
over.

OK. But I don't know how to delete the wrong profile and create a new one.
You need to tell me about going to the Control Panel, clicking on MAIL and
clicking on the Email Accounts button. Until someone tells me about that, I
won't know what to do.

Control Panel->Mail Icon->Profiles. Remove your current profile. Then
select new. Configure it to use your current .pst file. Follow the prompts.
