cannot attach jpegs

's Computer Specifications

When I try to attach a jpg to an e-mail (outlook 2003), after a few minutes I
get a message indicating that it was unsuccessful. I never send it, the
attachment process doesn't work. It also doesn't work from a hotmail
account, though all websites seem to be working properly.

It won't if you are sending in RTF. Change to plain text or HTML.

The choice of HTML is the one checked. The email sites as well as outlook
and outlook express are extremely slow and usually do not send the message
with the jpg attachment.

Thanks for the qick response. The options are set up with HTML. I tries
plain text also but no go. It seems all of the mail sites as well as outlook
and express are behaving this way on the computer.
