Microsoft knows about the problem already. Their timetable for fixing it
will depend on the difficulty of that fix and what other issues are higher
in the priority list. Given that there is a relatively easy workaround --
starting Outlook before running the template -- I suspect that it's pretty
low on the list.

Thanks for the reply.
I have found that if I use the “Restore Down” or “Restore up” button
the attached file shows up in the email. Here is another problem; if I
then double click on the attached file (pdf), the pdf file will not
open until I close the outlook email template, then the pdf file
opens.
I have uninstalled office 2007 sp2 from 3 computers trying to get the
template to work again the right way. On one of the computers the
template started work again when it was back to office sp1, on the
other two computers it did not start working again when back at office
sp1.
I need to get this fixed, because I use this type of outlook template
from inside of a lot of other programs to send emails.
Do you know what might fix this problem with the template when office
2007 sp2 is installed?
Would you also know where I can send an email to, to tell Microsoft
about this to see if they will look into it and fix it?
Thanks Again.
