I had a server with windows 2000 crash, now I am unable to
add/remove windows components. I receive the error
message "setup cannot load master information file" this
message comes up when I try to use the cd to add new
components as well as in safe mode. Suggestions?

Try running the following command...

REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL
