When trying to unistall any software. I
receive an error code of Error 1926 Could not set file
security for file C:\Config.msi| error 5... Have
currently msi 2.0 and can not find a windows installer
cleanup utility for msi 2.0. Attempting to install as
administrator with 2 gb of disk space available.

Kind of a tough problem to solve without being on the PC, but... Have you tried
just deleting or renaming the C:\Config.msi folder? Also, check permissions
that might be propogating to this folder.
