Do it through Windows Explorer. Right Click Start, click Explore, click once on Network
Neighborhood.
In the panel that opens right click the unwanted web and click Delete.
You can also add a web by dropping a short cut into Network Neighborhood using Windows Explorer.
Create a desktop shortcut to the web and then either drag it in or cut and paste.
