Cannot add ADSL modem as a demand Dial Port

I have run the Nat Demand Dial wizard on my server. The
problem is I cannot add my BT Voyager 100 ADSL modem as a
demand Dial device.

In RRAS I right click on ports>goto configure and check
demand dial routing inbound and outbound. When I click OK
it says 'the number of available ports must be between -1
and -1'

The ports text box does say '-1' which seems wrong but it
is greyed out and will not allow me to change it.

This means I cannot use my modem, it functions fine from
the server, but will not be added as a demand dial device.
