Upgraded but the pop up window that you can click on to start activation only
is active a short time after boot. By the time my network connection is
established it disappears.

If I do click on the pop up I get a Out of Box failure.

What happen if establish an Internet connection then :
Click Start >> All programs >> Accessories>> System Tools>> Activate windows
click on this and go through the Wizard to complete the activation.
Or Open Run then Type thi9s or copy and paste:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a click [Ok] to start the Wizard and
go through the steps of activation.
You can do it on the phone.

System Tools>Activate windows still gets a "had to quit" message for "Out of
Box Experience". Sent error report but no additional information was
provided.
