Hi, my kids tried to log onto my adminstrator id and
locked it out. I have another admin id to use, but I
cannot figure out how to re-enable my other account. the
system just lets me change the password, group, and
general settings.

Hi Kevin,

if you have administrative privileges right click on My Computer and click
Manage. Now double click on Local User and Groups. Double click on
Administrator account under User container and remove checkmark next to
"Account is Disabled".

I hope this helps you out,

Mike
