Hi,

I am having trouble writing to my cd burner. I get the
error "You do not have access to the folder 'E\". See
administrator for access to this folder.

I am the only user on my laptop, so I am designated as the
admin.

How to I give myself access the the folder?

Any help is appreciated.

Richard

Are you trying to drag and drop files to your burner? If yes, this requires
packet writing software, something not supported natively in XP. For this
function you would need either the Direct CD or Drag to Disk component of
Easy CD Creator, www.roxio.com or the InCD component of Nero, www.nero.com.
Please see respective websites for versions compatible with XP and drive
compatibility.
