I have FP 2003. I am trying to create subwebs that have restricted access.
When I go to Tools>Server>Administration, I get a message saying I must use a
www.web browser. I have AOL as my ISP. I have gone to the Tools>Page
Setup>Authoring tab in FP and set IE 5 and higher as the web browser but the
error message persists.

When I go to Tools>Server>Permissions, I get an error message that says that
there is a Share Point conflict. I went back to Authoring and unchecked the
SharePoint feature, but the error message persists.

I suspect that AOL is the problem but have no idea how to get around this
issue.

I appreciate any and all suggestions

You must do this directly on the live/remote site via FP and your host must allow this.
