One of our users cannot access any secure (https) page. The machine has
been scanned by Trend Micro and Norton and does not apparently have any
malware. We have tried all the suggestions in
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;813444 and the
problem remains unsolved. Any suggestions?
TIA,

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.net/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post
