Cannot access my paid MSN Hotmail Plus account through Outlook

's Computer Specifications

After I reinstalled Office 2003, I cannot acces my MSN Hotmail Plus account.
More specifically, I get an error message (below) and a pop-up window that
asks for my correct username and password.

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Downloading all items.' reported error
(0x800CCC32) : 'Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username
and password are correct.The server responded 'Invalid login.'. '

My username and password ARE correct.
Any idea what is wrong and what can I do?

Since you are paying MSN, why not call their support line?
