I would check the LMHOST and HOSTS, or DNS records if you have a internal DNS. Also can you ping the web site?

I was able to access your site with no problems. I suspect that your issue
is with DNS somewhere. Did Dell have you flush the DNS resolver cache
(ipconfig /flushdns)?

First open IE and clean out all of the history and temporary Internet files.

Next let's open the HOSTS file and see if there is an entry in there that
shouldn't be. Not likely, but possible. Open Windows Explorer and go to
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc). Use notepad to open the hosts file (but
make sure that "always use this program to open this type of file is not
checked").

There should only be a couple of entries in there (unless you have some
antispyware or ad-blocking software that modifies it). If there IS an entry
in there for your site, make sure it's the correct IP address. If there is
not, create one by starting a new line and type in your IP address
(67.18.234.196), pressing the spacebar 4 times and then typing in

Save the file and try to access it in IE.
