Afew days ago when I went to double click "My Computer" icon on my desktop,
my desktop went blue and then all my icons came back, just as if I had done a
refresh. Then I further found that I was unable to open any of my desktop
Icons nor couls I open my browser or even do a "search" I ran my symantec
anti-virus (even though I could not update it) along with 3 spyware programs
and came back with nothing. Since the box was virtually dead in the water, I
was forced to reload my OS (xp pro). All worked fine until this problem came
back. I am assuming that my box got infected by something thru AIM since I
always keep it open. Can someone advise me as to the solution for this
problem. AOL and Symantec have been of no help. Please email me at
(E-Mail Removed) Thank you in advance.
