I am borrowing a XP Home laptop, and I set up a limited account named School
Use. The phone modem will not dial out from School Use, it works just fine
from the admin account. I tried to connect to AOL after creating the
limited account, and it didn't work. I thought it was an AOL problem at
first, so i tried dialer.exe and it wouldn't dial out either. The modem is
built in and all the proper drivers are installed. Is there something I
need to do? I created the limited account because the laptop is used at
school and I don't want the people there to be able to install programs or
change system-wide settings without my permission. The person whom I am
borrowing it from wants me to be the security admin.
