O.k here goes : for the past month or so i've been
trying to figure out what's wrong with my mother's msn.
one computer is running windows 98 the other is xp home.
Can sign in to Messenger alright, but links (ie: hotmail,
games, profiles or links in messages ) will cause the
screen to freeze. tried uninstalling and reinstalling,
running 4 different antiviruses, spybot search and
destroy, basically any and everything i could think of
and have turned up nothing. Problem went away on it's
own for about 10 days then came back. this is not
isolated to one account either. Only way to unfreeze
seems to be to end task. I know this is long, but any
help or suggestions would be great!

Many Thanks In Advance
