I got problem with outlook 2007. I never change, any rule or security
restriction in outlook and one day it started to do not allow me to open
links from emails. I am the administrator and I did reinstall outlook 2007
and still giving me the same message "This operation has been canceled due to
restirctions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator" I've read post that many users have the same problem.

some one there have any solution?
