Cannot Access Internet in XP

Hi,

I want to ask about the internet access in XP SP1. My
computer can ping www.yahoo.com in DOS mode. However, it
can't access internet page in IE Brower. There is no proxy
setting in internet option.

So, I have no idea on this case, can anyone help me ?
