Cannot access Internet explorer

I have a problem, when i using Internet explorer 6 access internet, every
time show "web page cannot display " cannot connect to server and DNS error.
I tried as below soluton but still cannot access internet using Internet
explorer

- uninstall TCP/IP and install again
- downgrade IE 7 to IE6
- flashdns commend to clear DNS cache
- using LSP-Fix to reapir Winsock 2
- install firefox to testing not work
