You need to call using the public IP of your firewall/router, ie. the IP
assigned to you by your ISP. You also need to forward TCP Port 3389 through
the firewall/router to the private static LAN IP of the PC you want to
remotely access/control.
To get the public IP go to the
http://www.whatismyip.com site and note the
address.
If your ISP assigns a dynamic IP address then look at using a free dynamic
name service like No-IP.com that maps a fully qualified domain name (FQDN)
to your ISPs assigned IP address. Call using the FQDN.
