When I try to access help I get an error message that files are missing. When
I ran the repair, it said it was successful. When I tried help again, I got
the same message about missing files. Any suggestions?

Hi,

When you post questions to the newsgroups it generally a good idea to
include at least:

1. Your version of Excel
2. Any formulas you are having problems with
3. A complete description of any error messages you are getting
4. Samples of the data layout; and based on that sample what you want to
return

In your case #3 applied - what exactly does the error message say?

Shane,

I when I tried these steps, I was now able to go past click, Change. Nothing
would open, so I could not go to the next step. I am using the Student/Home
version of Office suite with Vista operating system.
