Good day:
I'm not sure when this happened, but the 3-1/2" floppy is
not available. Not in any file manager, not at the command
prompt. I looked in the device manager and both the FDD
and the FDD controller are available. I even booted to the
safe mode command prompt and still can not access the FDD.
I can boot off of the drive, so the drive is indeed
working.
I did install FreshUI which has an option that will
disable and/or hide drives. I have all the drives
available. I did hide and disable A:, rebooted and then
unhid and enabled and rebooted.
Not really critical until I need the drive :^|
