Hi to all,
Can anyone please tell me a solution for the following question?.
I am having both domain and workgroup. In that only few machines are
connected to the domain and all other are connected to workgroup. only
workgroup
computers are to be accessed. In a workgroup computer I want to access the
c:\documents and settings\EDP\Local settings\history. while accessing from
another computer in a LAN, following error occurs

\computername\c\documents and settings\admin is not accessible. You might
not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator
of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

Access is Denied.

while I am trying to open guest folder, it was openend

So now how can i open this user folders directory from another workgroup
computer

Note: all my network computers are loaded Windows XP

Looking forward to your early response from u all.
waiting for your reply.

Maheshkumar

Hi

Right click on the folder>Properties and try to remove the 'Read Only'
attribute. If that doesn't work try the same from a command prompt.
