Cannot access CD-ROM drive

Unable to access CD-ROM drive when using Windows Backup
utility. Message reads "D: not a valid drive, or you do
not have access". Drive displays correctly and works when
CD's are inserted. Seems to not be reading blank CD's as
being in drive.

CD-ROM is not a valid media for NTbackup. backup to a file then burn the
file.
