That is one weird wacky issue you got goin' on there pardner...
The same time out happens with IE and Firefox, eh?
When did this start happening?
Did you find just 1 hosts file in C:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\etc ?
And you renamed it to something like Oldhosts and rebooted.
If there were any other hosts files located in that folder,
best to rename them also and reboot again.
That is the only site with this issue?
Might want to check C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files
and remove any files that have a damaged status or seem suspicious.
I am grasping at straws here, it all sounds pretty weird.
