I cannot access any Microsoft sites. It gives me an error
message "We cannot find" or "This page cannot be displayed"

I've been working with MSN for 3 weeks to resolve this
problem and now they have passed the buck to Internet
Explorer. I guess I don't care who fixes it, I just want
my computer back. They have had me reinstall MSN - twice,
IE - once, Heop!

Try opening Help/Support in xp,does the screen update
when first started.Try typing:329048 in search,the last
set of answers are from knowlege,you should get directed
to microsoft.com for a dwnload,if it works,youre at
microsoft.com.Do you have all updates installed,SP1 in
particular.Another back entrance is to go to
www.gotdotnet.com Its not official microsoft but,use
the .NET colums,maybe a download,youll end up at msdn
at microsoft.com
